Is this a B&B? Are there shared spaces?
This is not a Bed & Breakfast. Breakfast is not prepared for guests. This is a complete home rental with no shared spaces. Confirmed guests have access to the entire home during their stay.
Is the pool open year-round?
The pool is open from May 1 until October 31. It is serviced weekly during the season except during inclement weather (hurricane/tornado/thunderstorm)
Is this home handicap accessible?
Unfortunately, this property is not handicap friendly. There are multiple sets of steps to enter/exit this home and no elevator is present. Inquire about our Charlotte or Greensboro properties for handicap access.
What do we need to bring to stay here? Are the beds made? Are towels provided?
Beds are made prior to arrival and towels are provided for all guests. Starter goods will always be provided (coffee, tea, sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels and toilet tissue) but for longer stays (7+ nights) or large groups (20+), we recommend bringing extra just in case.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, coffee pots, and more. Plenty of items to prepare meals for a large group. Keurig and Mr. Coffee pot are available for guests.
What is the nightly rate? Minimum Night Stay?
The nightly rate varies by the dates you select. Submit an inquiry on the contact page to get a quote. The minimum night stay is 3-nights except for holidays where it's 4-nights. (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)
What are the payment options?
Guests can pay online via debit/credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, or Venmo. The total reservation amount can be split into 2 or 3 payments depending on the date of your stay. For reservations less than 30 months away, it's one payment. The first 50% is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.
What type of grill is outside? Is there a firepit?
On the outside terrace, there is a gas griddle available for guest use. There is also a gas firepit with outdoor seating. In the garage, there is a gas grill available. Propane is provided.
What is the cancellation policy?
There are no refunds on bookings. We can do a one-time date change but it is subject to the availability of the new dates and pricing.
Is there any type of surveillance on this property?
Yes, there are exterior cameras on this property for safety/security only. There are no interior cameras. Noise monitoring systems are at this home to ensure parties are not held.
